The following tutorials are all for the program Photoplus 6.0, which I will be referring to as PP6. Its an completely free graphics program that can also make animations (but I wouldn't try making animations until you really know your way around PP6, as its extremely frustrating.) PP6 isn't the best for creating graphics, or art, but it is a cheaper alternative than Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. If you don't want to spend that couple hundred for those paid programs, are not allowed to buy them or you simply don't want to, you can download PP6 at this site.
Keep in mind that in all the tutorials, images can be seen properly by clicking on them.
