Well, besides the obvious details, there isn't all that much to say. So, first I'll do the mandatory details, then I'll just ask myself some questions that you might ask one day (though, I dont know why you would..)
Site Name: Unfairytale, durh.
URL: http://unfairytale.net/

Why do you have a site? Well, I've been in love with graphics and web design for many years now, it simply makes sense to have a site. :3
Why did you pay real money for a site? I've been stuck testing and using free webhosts for almost 3 years. @__@ Do you realize how frustrating it can be finding good ones? But, after a few years, I found the good ones, but by then I had decided that they weren't capable of what I wanted to do (i.e: not enough bandwidth). They're still usable, so I made the tutorial "How to take the Freeway", a guide to making a free website. =)
How did you think of the name 'Unfairytale'? I have no idea, really. It just came to me (haha). I guess I was thinking of something pretty, and I decided that Fairytales always have sweet, happy endings. I'm a sucker for happy endings. Then that reminded me of songs, like 'Happy Ending' by Mika (lyrics: no happy endinggg..) and 'My Happy Ending' by Avril Lavigne (lyrics: so much for my happy ending..). And I noticed that they were kind of sad, so I added un- to the start of Fairytale. But, if I hadn't thought of Unfairytale, I wouldn't have named my site 'Fairytale' since it's very used, in my opinion. I wanted something original. Eventually, Unfairytale was exactly what I wanted my site to be called, because I just couldn't get the word out of my head. I made the Flutterby layout, which I fell in love with (mainly due to the font I used on it). ;o
Why did you decide to close Fatal-Act? The site name began to annoy me, it was too.. I don't know, suicidal/deathly sounding. Which I am definitely not interested in. And for a site with celebrity graphics, and other cute-sy pink shades, the name just didn't make any sense at all (although, what 'Unfairytale' has to do with that either, I don't know). I was frustrated with the hyphen (-) too, I wanted something catchier. Oh, and the domain was going to expire. When I got the name 'Unfairytale', I just had to use it. xD (Catchy, much?)
When did you open Unfairytale? I began working on it on the 24th of September, but I didn't open until December 2nd (2007 for both). It took me a long time to work out the kinks for Wordpress, and I needed to buy 'unfairytale.net', but I did not want to bug my dad at the time, as we had just bought a Wii. x) It was well worth the wait, though. =)
Why do you bother running a site? It's mostly for my personal enjoyment, it's a hobby- I don't feel obligated to make free stuff (content) for everyone, it's just something I like doing. :3
