So it was my birthday 2 days ago. Fifteen, luckily it still sounds sort of young. But birthdays for my are kind of bitter sweet, I don’t want to grow oldddd! 
But I like the whole excuse for parties, presents and slacking off. By the way, it’s been a crazy mad month. Octobers are always fantastic. ;D
First off, I found out that a lot of people I know in real life play something I play on the internet. To be less confusing, I found out that Kelly- one of my friends on neo, coincidentally goes to the same school that I do. It was total shock! xD And now she’s making me blog right now so I guess anyone that actually reads my lameface blogs owe her big time. 
Then, I found out that my cousin plays gaia. Which was pretty cool, since we used to never have anything to talk about besides those “school life” topics and such.
Then, I found out my other cousin is like, not n00bish. Ahaha, that’s a good sign. I got her to play gaia, too. xD
Okay, secondly, I got a virus on my laptop. I had to reformat it, and now all my oldish graphics are gone, except some lucky one’s I managed to save, thank god.
Thirdly, my brother got me Photoshop CS3, which is good.
Fourthly, I am classic-rock-genre obsessed at the moment. Would you consider The Ramones and Nirvana as classic rock?
Fifthly, I’m having a little birthday party tomorrow, with around 5 friends, as usual. We’ll probably just stay up watching DVD’s and playing Wii, they’re buying me Super Smash Bros Brawl, which I’ve wanted for um, months !
I couldn’t think of anything for my parents to get me as a prezzie. All the other games I want aren’t out until November, it’s horrible. -coughGuitarHeroWorldTour&RockBandcough-
Ahaha, that was the longest cough ever. And lets not forget Dance Dance Revolution, which I still don’t know the release date for.
While we’re on the subject of presents, Kelly gave me some really cute stuff from Smiggle, which was definately too much. xDD Now I owe her a gazillion tutorials. Someone remind me to make them/request some. I better get started ASAP.
And, that was the breakdown of my October so far. On a web-related note, so that this blog isn’t totally random, I need to make some new stuff. Like blends. The current one we have is hideous.

Skipping the whole excuses thing (the title pretty much sums it up), I’ve added a new theme- I’ve actually had it ready for a while, but I haven’t put it up. It’s called “Flash !” Basically, it’s my first ever flash layout that might not work in IE6 for some reason or another. Click here to check it outttt.

So it’s been a while since I updated- dang, it’s not even that I’m busy anymore, it’s just that sometimes I don’t feel like updating and eventually it builds up. :o Anyway, I’m still here. I’ve been wanting to revamp.. again. Not the content, since I’m such a slow content maker, but the general site setup. 
Firstly, I need to do CSS that will actually validate. They always look the most professional and clean. And I’m going to make themes that are different, well, themes. As in, not just random model layouts but more of a themeless thing? I forgot the word for it. xD
Just blogging so you know:
a) I’m not dead and,
b) My site plans, which I hope to be doing soon, if I manage to get the inspiration.

At long last, I actually updated the content section! Whoo. 1 texture (which is basically a darker version of the Mr. Brightside theme background- it’s a paper-like texture that I made from scratch). 2 new brush packs: the one named “Splatpack” is, as the name suggests, a “pack” of brushes to make those celeb-styled splatter layouts. Enjoy!

A new update, and it’s about time, too. Finally, after that long layout blank I had, I created this theme that I decided to call Mr. Brightside. Basically, I just had the song (by The Killers) stuck in my head the whole time I was making it- it really doesn’t have anything to do with the song, besides having lyrics from the whole chorus spread around it.
So, anyway, that’s one thing crossed off my To-Do list. I also got inspired to draw those brushes (the red one on the right), after I played around a bit with Illustrator, I found that pretty pattern and decided to put it to use. I’ll be putting the brushes up sometime during the week, so keep an eye on the “Updates” section on the sidebar for that. I’m also going to try to add some textures as well, hopefully on/before Wednesday because I have a day off from school then. Yay!
I went to my friend’s birthday party yesterday, which was, of course, awesome. I think I’m seriously addicted to Singstar- especially on her PS3, because she has a massive TV that looks fantastic. I just had to sing Mr. Brightside over and over on it.
My friends and I also had to practice a dance (which we had to choreograph ourselves), as we’re performing it in front of our class on Friday. I was actually really surprised at how fun it was, since I have no sense of dance at all and I completely fail at learning steps; It was still fun, but I don’t think it’s going to be if I forget the steps while performing. Wish me luck on Friday, ’cause I’m going to need it.
Hey everyone, sorry again for my lack of updatess. This blog is pretty much a number of lists. I was tagged twice, but I can’t be bothered doing 20 facts about myself, or tagging 20 people. Rofl.
1. I just got a drawing/graphics tablet. Yay!
2. I often put things off until the last minute. D:
3. I go swimming every week + it’s my sport of choice.
4. I hate it when the weather’s cold. I have the heater on way too much during winter.
5. I’ve never been on a airplane before.
6. I learn French at school. Not that I’m any good at it.
7. I love eating roasted chestnuts.
8. I really enjoy writing, but I’m often too embarrassed to share it.
9. I once spent days downloading custom content (clothes, for the most part) for my Sims 2 game.
10. My laptop takes like, 10 minutes to switch on and log in.
‘k, now thats over and done with, I need to get the following things completed:
- Fix tutorials. The reason they don’t work? I haven’t actually written a lot of them.. yet. I’m planning to, though. ;D
- Do English homework.
- Do Humanities homework.
- Practice for Maths competition thing.
- Draw up some pretty brushes.
- Make a new theme.
Basically, for the past 2 weeks I’ve been putting school before the site- which is how it’s always going to be, I’m afraid. I promiseee to do some more things for the site next break, which is in about 8 weeks time.
